Setup

  1. Unpack the appliance and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials.
  2. Place the OTG on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate clearance (at least 10 cm) from walls and other appliances for proper ventilation.
  3. Clean the interior and accessories with a damp cloth before first use.
  4. Insert the crumb tray at the bottom of the oven.
  5. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (230V).
  6. Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at maximum temperature (250°C) with the function selector set to both top and bottom heating elements. This will burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Some smoke and odor are normal during this initial operation.

Control Panel Overview

General Operation

  1. Preheating: For best results, preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes at the desired temperature before placing food inside.
  2. Place Food: Carefully place food on the baking tray or grill rack. Use the tray handle to insert and remove hot trays.
  3. Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
  4. Select Function: Turn the Function Selector Knob to choose the appropriate heating mode (e.g., top heat for grilling, bottom heat for baking, both for general cooking).
  5. Set Timer: Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The oven will start operating. The indicator light will illuminate.
  6. Monitoring: Monitor food through the tempered glass door.
  7. Completion: When the timer reaches "OFF", a bell will ring, and the oven will switch off. If cooking finishes before the set time, turn the Timer Knob manually to "OFF".
  8. Removal: Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.

Specific Cooking Modes

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

  1. Always unplug the OTG and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they can damage surfaces.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Ensure all residue is wiped away.
  4. Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
  5. Accessories: Wash the baking tray, grill rack, crumb tray, and rotisserie accessories in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
  6. Crumb Tray: Regularly remove and clean the crumb tray to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
