2. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

4. Operating Instructions
The Orbit Gym offers two primary modes of exercise: stationary bike and elliptical trainer.
4.1 Using as an Exercise Bike
- Adjust the seat height so your leg is slightly bent at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.
- Place your feet firmly on the pedals.
- Hold the stationary handlebars for stability.
- Begin pedaling at a comfortable pace.
4.2 Using as an Elliptical Trainer
- Stand on the foot pedals.
- Grasp the moving handlebars.
- Move your legs in an elliptical motion while simultaneously pushing and pulling the handlebars. This engages both upper and lower body muscles.
4.3 Resistance Adjustment
The Orbit Gym features 8 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the resistance knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier session.
4.4 Multifunction Display
The integrated display unit tracks your workout progress. It typically shows the following metrics:
- TIME: Duration of your current workout.
- DISTANCE: Total distance covered during the workout.
- SPEED: Your current speed.

- SCAN: Automatically cycles through all metrics, displaying each for a few seconds.
