2. Battery Installation
Insert the three AAA rechargeable batteries into the handset, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3. Base Unit Connection
- Connect the telephone line cord to the LINE jack on the base unit and to your telephone wall jack.
- Connect the AC adapter to the POWER jack on the base unit and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
1. Making and Answering Calls
- To make a call: Dial the number using the alphanumeric keypad and press the TALK button.
- To answer a call: Press any key on the handset when the phone rings.
- Caller ID: The 1.25-inch Amber backlit LCD displays caller information (requires subscription to Caller ID service).
- Call Waiting: Manage multiple incoming calls (requires subscription to call waiting service).
- Call Share: Allows multiple handsets to join a call.
2. Phonebook
The phonebook can store up to 50 name and number entries. Refer to the user guide for detailed instructions on adding, editing, and deleting entries.
3. Redial Memory
The phone stores the last 5 dialed numbers for quick redialing. Press the REDIAL button to access this feature.
