Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions before operating this product. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury.

  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear.
  • Do not operate the blower in wet conditions or rain.
  • Keep children, bystanders, and pets at least 15 meters (50 feet) away from the operating area.
  • Never point the blower nozzle at people or animals.
  • Ensure all guards and safety devices are in place and functioning correctly before use.
  • Handle fuel with extreme care. Store fuel in an approved container in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources.
  • Do not smoke while mixing or handling fuel.
  • Turn off the engine and allow it to cool before refueling.
  • Inspect the unit for loose fasteners, fuel leaks, or damaged parts before each use.
  • Do not modify the product in any way.

Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

2. Attaching the Blower Tube

  • Align the blower tube with the outlet on the main unit.
  • Push the tube firmly until it clicks into place or secure it with the provided fastener (if applicable).
  • Ensure the tube is securely attached before operation.

3. Fuel Mixing

This blower uses a 2-stroke engine and requires a specific fuel mixture. Refer to the engine manufacturer's recommendations for the correct fuel-to-oil ratio (typically 50:1 or 40:1). Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 89 or higher, mixed with high-quality 2-stroke engine oil.

  • Mix fuel in an approved fuel container.
  • Pour half the gasoline into the container, then add the entire amount of 2-stroke oil.
  • Shake the container to mix thoroughly, then add the remaining gasoline and shake again.
  • Always mix fresh fuel for each use. Do not store mixed fuel for more than 30 days.

4. Filling the Fuel Tank

  • Place the blower on a flat, stable surface.
  • Clean the area around the fuel cap to prevent dirt from entering the tank.
  • Slowly remove the fuel cap.
  • Carefully pour the mixed fuel into the tank, avoiding overfilling. Leave some space for expansion.
  • Securely replace the fuel cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Engine (ZIP-Start System)

  • Place the blower on a flat, stable surface.
  • Ensure the ON/OFF switch is in the "ON" position.
  • Press the primer bulb 5-10 times until fuel is visible in the return line.
  • Move the choke lever to the "FULL CHOKE" position.
  • Pull the starter rope slowly until resistance is felt, then pull sharply 1-3 times. The engine may attempt to start.
  • Once the engine "pops" or attempts to start, move the choke lever to the "HALF CHOKE" position.
  • Pull the starter rope sharply again until the engine starts.
  • Once the engine runs, move the choke lever to the "RUN" position and allow the engine to warm up for 30-60 seconds before operating.

2. Using the Blower

  • Adjust the backpack harness for a comfortable and secure fit. The ergonomic design with lumbar support helps distribute weight.
  • Hold the blower nozzle firmly.
  • Use a sweeping motion to move debris. Start at the outer edge of the area and work inwards.
  • Avoid blowing debris towards people, animals, or fragile objects.
  • For stubborn debris, use a raking motion with the blower nozzle.

3. Stopping the Engine

  • Release the throttle trigger and allow the engine to idle for a few seconds.
  • Move the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your blower. Always turn off the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance.

1. Air Filter

  • Check the air filter every 5 hours of operation or more frequently in dusty conditions.
  • Remove the air filter cover and carefully remove the filter element.
  • Clean the filter with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely. Alternatively, replace with a new filter if heavily soiled or damaged.
  • Reinstall the dry filter and cover.

2. Spark Plug

  • Inspect the spark plug every 25 hours of operation.
  • Remove the spark plug using a spark plug wrench.
  • Check for carbon buildup or electrode wear. Clean with a wire brush or replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the spark plug gap is set correctly according to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Reinstall the spark plug and tighten securely.

3. Fuel Filter

The fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank. Replace it annually or if fuel delivery issues occur. Consult a qualified service technician for fuel filter replacement if you are unsure.

4. General Cleaning and Storage

  • After each use, clean the exterior of the blower with a damp cloth. Remove any debris from the air intake and cooling fins.
  • For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank and run the engine until it stops from lack of fuel. This prevents fuel degradation and carburetor issues.
  • Store the blower in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
