5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for the proper functioning and longevity of your nebulizer.

- Disassemble: After each use, disassemble the nebulizer kit (medication cup, top section, mouthpiece/mask).
- Wash: Wash all disassembled parts in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly under running water.
- Disinfect (Daily): For daily disinfection, boil the parts (excluding the air tube and masks) in clean water for approximately 15-20 minutes, or use a commercially available disinfectant solution as per its instructions. The nebulizer kit is autoclavable.
- Dry: Allow all parts to air dry completely on a clean cloth or paper towel before reassembling or storing.
5.2 Cleaning the Compressor Unit
Wipe the exterior of the compressor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the compressor unit in water or use abrasive cleaners.
5.3 Replacing Air Filters
The air filter should be checked regularly and replaced when it appears discolored or after approximately 60 days of use, whichever comes first. Your package includes 5 replacement filters.
- Locate the filter cap on the side of the compressor unit.
- Remove the filter cap and pull out the old filter.
