3. Setup
3.1 Initial Printer Setup
- Unpack the Printer: Remove all packing materials, tapes, and protective films from the printer.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the printer's power port and then into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Load Paper:
- Open the input tray and extend the paper guides.
- Load a stack of plain paper (up to 150 sheets) into the input tray.
- Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper snugly.

- Install Toner Cartridge:
- Open the top cover of the printer.
- Carefully remove the toner cartridge from its packaging and remove any protective strips.
- Insert the toner cartridge into its slot until it clicks into place.
- Close the top cover.

3.2 Software Installation and Connectivity

- Remove the orange protective tab and pull the sealing tape.
- Insert the new cartridge into the printer until it locks into place.
- Close the top cover.
