Setup

1. Install Batteries

The Kensington Pro Fit Wireless Mouse requires batteries for operation. Ensure the mouse is switched OFF before installing or replacing batteries.

Locate the battery compartment cover on the underside of the mouse.
Slide the cover open to reveal the battery compartment.
Insert the required batteries (typically AA or AAA, check markings inside the compartment) according to the polarity indicators (+/-).
Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Connect the USB Receiver

Locate the 2.4 GHz USB receiver. It is often stored inside the mouse's battery compartment for convenience during transport.
Remove the USB receiver from its storage slot.
Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This may take a few moments.

3. Power On and Connect

Slide the ON/OFF switch on the underside of the mouse to the "ON" position.
If the mouse does not immediately respond, press the "CONNECT" button located near the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse. This initiates the pairing process with the USB receiver.
The mouse should now be ready for use.

Operating Your Mouse

Basic Functions

Left Button: Primary click function, used for selecting items, opening links, etc.
Right Button: Secondary click function, typically opens context menus.
