Important Safety Information

  • Always ensure the gazebo is securely anchored to the ground using the provided guy ropes and stakes.
  • Do not leave the gazebo standing in heavy wind, strong rain, or snow. Disassemble and store it during adverse weather conditions.
  • Requires two to three people for safe and proper assembly.
  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.
  • Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and secured before use.

Setup and Assembly

The Outsunny Pop Up Gazebo is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps for proper setup:

  1. Unpack Components: Remove all parts from the carry bag. Verify that all components are present: steel frame, canopy top, four sidewalls, ropes, and stakes.
  2. Expand the Frame: With two or three people, gently pull the steel frame outwards from opposite corners until it is partially expanded. Do not fully extend yet.
  3. Attach the Canopy: Place the canopy top over the partially expanded frame. Secure the canopy to the frame corners and edges using the attached fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps).
  4. Fully Extend the Frame: Once the canopy is attached, continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully extended and the legs are locked into place. Lift the legs to their full height, ensuring all locking mechanisms are engaged.
  5. Attach Sidewalls: The gazebo includes four removable sidewalls. Two sidewalls feature pane-style windows, and two have zipped doors. Attach these to the frame using the Velcro attachments. You can choose to use all, some, or none of the sidewalls depending on your needs.
  6. Secure to Ground: Use the provided guy ropes and ground stakes to firmly anchor the gazebo to the ground. Attach the guy ropes to the designated points on the canopy and frame, extending them outwards at an angle and securing them with stakes. This is crucial for stability, especially in light winds.

Operation

Your Outsunny Pop Up Gazebo is designed for versatile outdoor use, providing shade and shelter for various events.

  • Adjustable Sidewalls: The four sidewalls can be easily removed or attached using Velcro. This allows you to customize the gazebo for an open-air feel or a more enclosed, private space.
  • Zipped Doors and Windows: The two sidewalls with zipped doors provide easy access, while the two pane-style window sidewalls offer visibility and light.
  • UV and Water Resistance: The silver-coated oxford cloth canopy provides effective UV protection and is water-resistant, offering shelter from sun and light rain. Eight drain holes at the top help prevent water build-up.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Outsunny Gazebo.

  • Cleaning: Clean the canopy and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Frame Care: The steel frame is powder-coated for rust resistance. If any scratches or rust spots appear, clean the area and apply a rust-inhibiting paint to prevent further corrosion.
  • Storage: Always disassemble the gazebo and store it in its portable carrying case when not in use or during adverse weather conditions. Ensure all fabric components are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect all frame connections, ropes, and fabric for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Replace or repair as needed.
