Key Components:

  • Power/Heat Selector Knob: Controls the fan and heat output.
  • Thermostat Control Knob: Adjusts the desired room temperature.
  • Air Outlet Grille: Where heated air is expelled.
  • Air Inlet Grille: Where air is drawn into the heater.
  • Power Cord: For electrical connection.

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 1 meter (3 feet) of clear space around the heater on all sides to allow for proper air circulation. Do not place it directly under a power outlet.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the Power/Heat Selector Knob is in the 'OFF' position (usually marked with '0' or a dot). Plug the power cord into a suitable 240V AC grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operation

  1. Turn On: Rotate the Power/Heat Selector Knob clockwise to select the desired setting:
    • Fan Only: (Often indicated by a fan symbol) Operates the fan without heat.
    • Low Heat: (Often indicated by one wave symbol) Provides a lower heat output.
    • High Heat: (Often indicated by two wave symbols) Provides the maximum 2000W heat output.
  2. Set Thermostat: Rotate the Thermostat Control Knob clockwise to the maximum setting. Once the room reaches your desired temperature, slowly turn the Thermostat Control Knob counter-clockwise until the heater turns off. The heater will now cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.
  3. Turn Off: To turn off the heater, rotate the Power/Heat Selector Knob to the 'OFF' position (0). Unplug the heater from the wall outlet when not in use.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will help ensure the efficient operation and longevity of your heater.

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Air Inlets/Outlets: Periodically check and clean the air inlet and outlet grilles to remove any dust or lint buildup. A vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment can be used for this purpose. Ensure no foreign objects enter the heater.
  • Storage: If storing the heater for an extended period, unplug it, clean it thoroughly, and store it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting

If your heater is not operating correctly, please refer to the following common issues and solutions:

  • Heater does not turn on:
    • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
    • Check if the Power/Heat Selector Knob is set to a heat or fan setting, not 'OFF'.
    • Verify that the thermostat is set higher than the current room temperature.
    • Check your household circuit breaker or fuse box.
  • Heater produces no heat (fan runs):
    • Ensure the Power/Heat Selector Knob is set to a heat setting (Low or High), not 'Fan Only'.
    • Increase the thermostat setting.
  • Heater turns off unexpectedly:
    • The heater may have an internal safety cut-off switch that activates if it overheats. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool for 30 minutes, and check for any obstructions to the air inlets or outlets. Remove any obstructions before plugging it back in.
    • The thermostat may have reached the set temperature. Adjust the thermostat to a higher setting if more heat is desired.

If the problem persists after checking these points, contact customer support.
