1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the BELLA 13573 2QT Triple Buffet Server and Warmer Tray. This appliance is designed to keep your food warm and ready for serving, perfect for parties, family gatherings, or everyday use. Its versatile design allows it to function as a triple buffet server or a standalone warming tray. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation to ensure safe and efficient use of your new appliance.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before operating.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the warming base in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

  • Three 2QT Removable Chafing Dishes: Stainless steel food pans designed to hold and warm various dishes.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean Before First Use: Wash the removable chafing dishes and clear lids in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the warming tray base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  3. Placement: Place the warming tray base on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Assemble: Place the clean chafing dishes into the designated slots on the warming tray base.

5. Operating Instructions

Using as a Triple Buffet Server:

  1. Ensure the unit is unplugged and the heat control knob is in the “OFF” position.
  2. Place your prepared food into the three 2QT chafing dishes.
  3. Cover each dish with its respective clear lid.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  5. Turn the variable heat control knob to your desired setting: “LOW”, “MEDIUM”, or “HIGH”. The indicator light will illuminate when the unit is on.
  6. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the unit to reach the desired warming temperature.
  7. Monitor food temperature to prevent overcooking or drying out.
  8. When finished, turn the heat control knob to “OFF” and unplug the unit from the outlet.

Using as a Standalone Warming Tray:

  1. Remove all three chafing dishes and lids from the warming tray base.
  2. Ensure the unit is unplugged and the heat control knob is in the “OFF” position.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the variable heat control knob to your desired setting: “LOW”, “MEDIUM”, or “HIGH”. The indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Place heat-safe serving dishes directly onto the warming tray surface. Ensure dishes have a flat bottom for optimal heat transfer.
  6. When finished, turn the heat control knob to “OFF” and unplug the unit from the outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your buffet server.

  1. Always Unplug: Before cleaning, ensure the unit is unplugged from the electrical outlet and has completely cooled down.
  2. Clean Chafing Dishes and Lids: The removable stainless steel chafing dishes and clear lids are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
  3. Clean Warming Tray Base: Wipe the warming tray base with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a mild non-abrasive cleaner can be used. Never immerse the warming tray base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
  4. Storage: Store the cleaned and dried buffet server in a cool, dry place. You may reassemble the unit or store components separately.
