Setup

1. Connecting to Air Supply

1. Ensure your air compressor is turned off and the air tank is drained.

3. Set your air compressor's regulator to the recommended operating pressure of 60-100 PSI. Do not exceed 100 PSI.

2. Loading Nails

1. Disconnect the nailer from the air supply before loading nails.
2. Pull back the magazine follower until it locks into place.
3. Insert a strip of Tacwise Type 180 (18G) nails (10-32 mm) into the magazine with the points facing down.
4. Release the magazine follower, allowing it to push the nails forward. Ensure nails are seated correctly.

Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Nail Depth

The nailer features a depth adjustment wheel to control how deep the nail penetrates the material. Rotate the wheel to achieve the desired depth. Test on a scrap piece of material first.

2. Firing the Nailer

1. Ensure the nailer is connected to the air supply and loaded with nails.
2. Place the nose of the tool firmly against the workpiece where the nail is to be driven.
3. Squeeze the trigger to fire a nail. The tool is designed for comfortable and rapid operation.
4. After use, disconnect the air supply and engage the trigger lock.

Maintenance

3. Clearing Jams
