Setup Instructions
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Place them on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Assemble Lamp Base: Ensure the lamp base is stable and all connections are secure. The lamp column should be firmly attached to the base.
- Install Harp (if separate): If the harp (the U-shaped wire frame that holds the shade) is not pre-attached, slide its two prongs into the saddle on the lamp socket.
- Attach Shade: Place the double fabric shade onto the harp. Ensure it rests evenly.
- Secure Finial: Screw the finial (the decorative cap) onto the threaded rod at the top of the harp until the shade is securely held in place. Do not overtighten.
- Install Light Bulb: Screw an incandescent bulb (max 75W) into the lamp socket. Do not exceed the maximum wattage.
- Connect to Power: Plug the lamp's power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The Nimbus Table Lamp is designed for simple operation.
- Turning On/Off: Locate the switch on the lamp cord or socket. Toggle the switch to turn the lamp on or off.
- Dimmable Feature: This lamp is dimmable. If connected to a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately) in your wall outlet, you can adjust the light intensity by operating the dimmer switch. Ensure the bulb used is also dimmable.
