Setup and Installation
1. Installing the Sawtooth Hanger
The sawtooth hanger is provided for you to install on the back of the frame. This allows for flexible orientation (portrait or landscape) and easy adjustment.
- Measure the Center: Place the frame face down on a soft, clean surface. Use a measuring tape to find the exact center of the top edge of the frame (or the side you intend to be the top). Mark this point with a pencil.
- Position the Hanger: Align the sawtooth hanger with your pencil mark, ensuring it is centered. The teeth of the hanger should point downwards.
- Secure the Hanger: Gently tap the small nails of the sawtooth hanger into the frame using a hammer until it is securely fastened.

- Remove Backing: Carefully bend back the small metal tabs on the back of the frame to release the corrugated backing and the glass.

- Place Artwork: Insert your 14x15 inch artwork or photo into the frame, ensuring it is centered and flat against the glass.
- Replace Backing: Place the corrugated backing over your artwork and secure it by bending the metal tabs back into place.

Care and Maintenance
To keep your ArtToFrames picture frame looking its best, follow these simple care instructions:
- Cleaning the Frame: Wipe the frame's surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish.
- Cleaning the Glass: For the glass, use a glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth first, then wipe the glass. Avoid spraying directly onto the glass to prevent liquid from seeping into the frame. For plexiglass, use a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner specifically designed for acrylics. A Swiffer duster can also be effective for light cleaning.
- Handling: Always handle the frame by its edges to avoid fingerprints on the glass or damage to the frame finish.
- Placement: Avoid placing the frame in direct sunlight or in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity, as this can cause fading or warping.
Troubleshooting
- Picture Not Fitting Correctly: If your picture does not fit, ensure it is the correct size (14x15 inches). Check for and remove any internal packaging or spacers that might be preventing the picture from sitting flush.
- Glass/Plexiglass Appears Scratched: New plexiglass often comes with a thin protective film on both sides. Ensure this film has been completely removed before use. If the glass/plexiglass is genuinely scratched upon arrival, please contact customer support.
- No Built-in Hanger: The frame is designed for self-installation of the included sawtooth hanger. Please refer to the
