Setup

1. Battery Installation

Unscrew the tail cap of the torch by turning it counter-clockwise.
Insert three (3) AAA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened. This ensures the waterproof and dust-resistant seal.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The VARTA Indestructible F10 features a single button located on the tail cap for operation.

To turn on the torch: Press the tail cap button once. The torch will activate in high-power mode (100 lumens).
To switch to low-power mode: While the torch is on, press the tail cap button again. The torch will switch to low-power mode (19 lumens).
To turn off the torch: While the torch is in low-power mode, press the tail cap button a third time.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the torch with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Battery Replacement: Replace all three AAA batteries simultaneously when the light output diminishes. Refer to the "Battery Installation" section for instructions.
Storage: Store the torch in a cool, dry place. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
Torch does not turn on.	Batteries are depleted. Batteries are inserted incorrectly. Tail cap is not fully tightened.	Replace with new AAA batteries. Check battery polarity and reinsert correctly. Tighten the tail cap securely.
Light output is dim.	Batteries are low. Torch is in low-power mode.	Replace with new AAA batteries. Press the tail cap button to switch to high-power mode.
