2. Initial Cleaning

3. Placement
Place the home bakery on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Operation
- Insert Kneading Blade: Place the kneading blade onto the shaft inside the bread pan.
- Add Ingredients: Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last).
- Place Bread Pan: Insert the bread pan into the main unit, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Add Yeast/Ingredients to Dispensers: If your recipe requires, add dry yeast to the automatic yeast dispenser and raisins/nuts to the automatic ingredient dispenser.
- Close Lid: Close the lid firmly.
- Select Course: Use the control panel to select your desired bread course (e.g., "Pan de Mi", "Soft Bread", "Rice Bread").
- Set Timer (Optional): If using the reservation timer, set the desired completion time.
- Start: Press the Start button to begin the baking process.
2. Special Features and Courses
- "Pan de Mi" Course: This unique course bakes bread with a thin, crispy crust and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior, highlighting the flavor of the wheat. It uses a new program with improved heating efficiency and less yeast.
- Large Raisin/Nut Dispenser: The dispenser is 1.8 times larger than previous models, allowing for automatic addition of up to 100g of ingredients. This ensures even distribution throughout the dough.

- Dry Yeast (using Steam Case): Half Bread, White Bread, Anpan.
- Natural Yeast: Bread, Bread Dough, Natural Yeast Starter.
- Other: Steamed Bread, Cake, Fresh Chocolate, An (red bean paste), Mochi, Udon/Pasta Dough.
- Yeast Automatic Dispenser: Ensures yeast is added at the optimal time for consistent rising and flavor.
- Reservation Timer Function: Set the timer up to 13 hours in advance to wake up to freshly baked bread. Available for Standard Bread, Soft Bread, French Bread, Whole Wheat Bread, Natural Yeast Bread, and Rice Flour Bread.
- Steam Case: Use this accessory for specific recipes like white bread or steamed bread, ensuring proper moisture and texture.
Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Main Unit
Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
2. Cleaning the Bread Pan and Kneading Blade
After each use, remove the bread pan and kneading blade. Fill the pan with warm water and a small amount of dish soap. Let it soak for 10-15 minutes to loosen any stuck-on dough. Use a soft sponge to clean. Do not use metal scouring pads. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
