Setup and Assembly

Attaching Accessories

The BD200MTB features a tool-free release system for quick and easy accessory changes. This eliminates the need for a hex key, streamlining your workflow.

1. Ensure the tool is unplugged from the power source.
2. Locate the quick-release lever on the tool head.
3. Press and hold the quick-release lever to open the accessory clamp.
4. Align the desired accessory (e.g., wood/metal blade, sanding base) with the tool's spindle. Ensure it is seated correctly.
5. Release the quick-release lever to secure the accessory in place. Verify that the accessory is firmly attached before operation.

Operating Instructions

Variable Speed Control

The multi-tool is equipped with a variable-speed dial, allowing you to select the optimal speed for different materials and applications. The dial offers 6 speed settings, ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 opm.

1. Plug the tool into a 120V power outlet.
2. Turn the variable-speed dial to the desired setting. Lower settings (1-3) are suitable for delicate tasks or softer materials, while higher settings (4-6) provide maximum power for tougher applications.
3. To start the tool, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
4. To stop the tool, slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.
