- Unpack the Mattress: Carefully remove the mattress from its shipping box. Place the rolled mattress on your bed frame or foundation.
- Remove Plastic Packaging: Using scissors, carefully cut and remove the outer plastic wrapping. Avoid using sharp objects that could damage the mattress fabric.
- Allow for Expansion: Once the plastic is removed, the mattress will begin to decompress and regain its full shape. This process typically takes 24 to 72 hours. The expansion time may vary depending on room temperature; warmer rooms facilitate faster expansion.
- Ventilation: It is recommended to allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room during the expansion period.

4. Usage and Care
4.1 Proper Placement
Ensure your mattress is placed on a suitable bed base for optimal support and longevity. Compatible bases include flat foundations, platform beds, and slatted bases with slats no more than 4 inches apart.

4.2 Reversibility
To maximize the life of your mattress and maintain consistent comfort, regularly flip and rotate the mattress. This helps distribute wear evenly across both sides and ends.
4.3 Cleaning and Maintenance
The mattress features a non-removable and non-washable cover. For spills or stains, spot clean with a mild detergent and water. Avoid saturating the mattress. Allow to air dry completely before covering with bedding.
5. Troubleshooting
- Mattress Not Fully Expanded: Allow up to 72 hours for full expansion. Ensure the room temperature is not excessively cold, as this can slow down the expansion process.
- Unusual Odor: A new mattress may have a slight odor upon unboxing. This is normal and will dissipate with ventilation. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days.
- Discomfort: If you experience discomfort, ensure the mattress is placed on a proper, supportive base. Consider the reversible feature and try flipping or rotating the mattress to find your preferred comfort side.
