Please read all instructions carefully before using the VITALmaxx Vibration Plate. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
- Do not use if pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from severe heart conditions, epilepsy, or acute thrombosis.
- Ensure the plate is placed on a stable, level surface.
- Keep children and pets away from the device during operation.
- Maximum user weight: 120 kg (264 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.
- Always maintain balance while on the plate. Use the expansion bands for support if needed.
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or experience any pain.
- Unplug the device when not in use and before cleaning.
2. Product Overview

3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present.
- Placement: Place the vibration plate on a firm, level, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is enough space around the device for safe movement.
- Power Connection: Insert the power cable into the power socket on the side of the vibration plate, then plug the other end into a suitable wall outlet.
- Remote Control Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert 2 AAA batteries (included), observing the correct polarity.
- Attach Expansion Bands (Optional): If desired, attach the expansion bands to the designated hooks on the sides of the vibration plate.
4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the control panel and remote control before beginning your workout.

4.1 Powering On/Off
- To turn on the device, press the main power switch located on the side of the plate. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control or the POWER button on the control panel to activate the plate.
- To turn off, press the ON/OFF button again, then switch off the main power switch.
4.2 Selecting Programs and Levels
- Manual Mode: After powering on, press START. Use the S+ and S- buttons on the remote (or corresponding buttons on the panel) to adjust the vibration level from 1 to 99.
- Preset Programs: Press the PROG MODE button on the control panel or the P button on the remote to cycle through the 9 preset programs (P1-P9). Each program has a predefined duration and varying vibration intensity.
- Time Adjustment: Use the TIME+ and TIME- buttons to adjust the workout duration in manual mode. Preset programs have fixed durations.
4.3 Using Vibration Zones
The plate features three distinct zones for varying intensity:
- Walking Zone: Standing with feet closer together in the center provides a gentler vibration, suitable for warm-ups or lower intensity.
- Jogging Zone: Placing feet slightly wider apart offers moderate vibration, ideal for general fitness.
- Running Zone: Standing with feet at the widest points delivers the most intense vibration, for advanced training.
4.4 Exercise Examples
The VITALmaxx Vibration Plate can be used for a variety of exercises. Refer to the included exercise poster for guidance.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Always unplug the device before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the vibration plate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and all components for any signs of damage. Do not use the device if any part is damaged.
6. Troubleshooting
