Setup
- Unpack the Scale: Carefully remove the scale from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Battery Installation: The scale requires one CR2032 battery, which is included. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the compartment, insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up, and close the compartment securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Uneven or soft surfaces (like carpet) can affect accuracy.
- Initial Calibration: For first-time use or after moving the scale, gently step on the scale until the display shows "0.0" or a reading, then step off. Wait for the display to turn off automatically. This calibrates the scale for accurate measurements.
Operating Instructions

- Taking a Measurement:
- Place the scale on a firm, flat surface.
- Step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered on the platform.

- Step off the scale. The display will hold the reading for a few seconds and then automatically turn off to conserve battery life.
