Setup
1. Oiling the Tool
Before each use, apply a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet of the stapler. This lubricates internal components and ensures optimal performance and longevity.

2. Loading Staples
To load staples, pull back the magazine follower until it locks. Insert a strip of 7/16-inch crown staples (1-inch to 2-inch length) into the magazine. Release the follower to secure the staples. Ensure staples are correctly oriented.
3. Adjusting Depth of Drive
The stapler features an adjustable depth of drive. Use the provided hex wrench to loosen the adjustment screw near the nose of the tool. Move the depth guide up or down to achieve the desired staple depth. Tighten the screw to secure the setting.

4. Attaching Air Supply
Connect the stapler to an air compressor using a suitable air hose. Ensure the air pressure is within the recommended operating range (refer to specifications section). Use an air coupler for a secure connection.
Operating the Stapler
1. General Operation (Wood Sheathing)
Once the tool is oiled, loaded, and connected to air, press the nose of the tool firmly against the workpiece. Pull the trigger to drive a staple. The selectable trigger allows for switching between contact actuation (bump fire) and sequential actuation for different application needs.

2. Using the Vinyl Siding Adapter
For vinyl siding installation, replace the standard nosepiece with the included vinyl siding adapter. This adapter ensures proper staple placement and depth for vinyl siding, allowing for expansion and contraction. The adapter features a guide that fits into the siding's nailing hem.

Maintenance
1. Regular Oiling
Continue to oil the tool with a few drops of pneumatic tool oil before each use or at the start of each workday to maintain optimal performance and prevent wear on internal components.
2. Clearing Jams
WARNING: Disconnect the air supply before attempting to clear any jams.
The stapler features a flip-open nose design for easy jam clearance. If a staple jams, disconnect the air supply, open the nosepiece, remove the jammed staple, and close the nosepiece securely before reconnecting the air supply.
3. Cleaning
Periodically clean the exterior of the tool with a dry cloth. Keep the air inlet free of debris. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals that could damage the tool's housing or internal seals.
