Setup and Assembly

The Camair PF160 fan requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Assemble the Base: Insert the lower pole into the fan base. Secure it firmly, ensuring it is stable.
2. Attach the Upper Pole: Slide the upper pole into the lower pole. Adjust the height as desired and tighten the height adjustment collar to secure it.
3. Mount the Motor Housing: Place the motor housing onto the top of the upper pole. Ensure it is seated correctly and tightened if necessary.
4. Install the Rear Grille: Position the rear grille onto the motor housing, aligning the mounting holes. Secure it with the provided fasteners or clips.
5. Attach the Fan Blades: Carefully slide the 5-wing fan blades onto the motor shaft. Ensure they are fully seated and secured with the blade cap/nut.
6. Install the Front Grille: Align the front grille with the rear grille and snap it into place. Ensure all clips are securely fastened around the perimeter. The snap-off grille design allows for easy attachment.
7. Position the Fan: Place the assembled fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for proper air circulation.

Operating Instructions

To operate your Camair PF160 fan, follow these steps:

• Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (NEMA 1-15 or NEMA 5-15).
• Speed Control: Locate the speed control switch, typically on the back of the motor housing. Select your desired fan speed:
  • Setting 1: Low speed
  • Setting 2: Medium speed
  • Setting 3: High speed
• Oscillation Function: To activate the 120-degree oscillation, push down the oscillation knob located on top of the motor housing. To stop oscillation, pull the knob up.
• Height Adjustment: To adjust the fan's height, loosen the height adjustment collar on the pole, raise or lower the upper pole to the desired height, and then firmly tighten the collar.
• Tilt Adjustment: The fan head can be tilted up or down to direct airflow. Gently push or pull the fan head to the desired angle.
