  1. INPUT (CD/VCD, AC-3, AUX): RCA stereo inputs for connecting audio sources like CD/DVD players, media players, or other audio devices.
  2. OUT (LINE): RCA stereo line output for connecting to another amplifier or recording device.
  3. SPEAKERS OUTPUT (FR, FL): Spring clip terminals for connecting passive speakers (4-8 Ohms). FR for Front Right, FL for Front Left.
  4. INPUT AC: IEC power inlet for connecting the supplied power cable.

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Skytronic 103.202 amplifier:

  1. Placement: Place the amplifier on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  2. Speaker Connection:
    • Connect your passive speakers to the "SPEAKERS OUTPUT" terminals on the rear panel.
    • Ensure correct polarity: connect the positive (+) terminal of the amplifier to the positive (+) terminal of the speaker, and the negative (-) terminal of the amplifier to the negative (-) terminal of the speaker.
    • The amplifier supports speakers with an impedance of 4-8 Ohms.
  3. Audio Source Connection:
    • Connect your audio sources (e.g., CD player, DVD player, media player) to the desired "INPUT" RCA jacks on the rear panel (CD/VCD, AC-3, or AUX).
    • For microphone use, connect microphones to the MIC1 or MIC2 inputs on the front panel.
  4. Power Connection:
    • Ensure the amplifier's power switch is in the OFF position.
    • Connect the supplied power cable to the "INPUT AC" inlet on the rear panel and then to a suitable wall outlet (230V AC, 50Hz).

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the "POWER" button on the front panel to turn on the amplifier. The display will illuminate.
  2. Select Input: Use the "CD/VCD" or "AUX" selector buttons on the front panel to choose the desired audio input source.
  3. Adjust Volume: Slowly turn the "VOLUME" control clockwise to increase the master volume to a comfortable listening level.
  4. Tone Control: Use the "BASS" and "TREBLE" controls to adjust the low and high frequencies according to your preference.
