Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the inner cooking pan, inner lid, rice measuring cup, and spatula with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the rice cooker on a stable, level surface away from direct heat sources or moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Power Connection: Insert the detachable power cord firmly into the rice cooker's power inlet and then plug it into a 120 Volt AC electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Basic Rice Cooking
- Measure Rice: Use the provided measuring cup to measure the desired amount of rice.
- Wash Rice: Rinse the rice thoroughly in a separate bowl until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch.
- Add to Inner Pan: Place the washed rice into the non-stick inner cooking pan.
- Add Water: Add water up to the corresponding water level mark inside the inner pan for the type and amount of rice being cooked. For example, if cooking 2 cups of white rice, fill water to the '2' mark on the 'WHITE RICE' scale.
- Place Pan: Ensure the exterior of the inner pan is dry, then place it into the main rice cooker unit.
- Close Lid: Close the outer lid securely.
- Select Menu: Press the MENU button to cycle through the available settings (White, Umami, Mixed, Sushi, Porridge, Sweet, Brown, GABA Brown, Rinse-Free, Quick Cooking, Slow Cook).
- Start Cooking: Press the START/REHEAT button. The cooking indicator will light up, and the cooking process will begin.
Special Menu Settings

Maintenance and Cleaning
