Operating Instructions

Dry Heat Therapy

  1. Ensure the heating pad is dry.

  4. Allow a few minutes for the pad to reach the selected temperature.
  5. Apply the pad to the desired area.

Moist Heat Therapy

For moist heat, lightly dampen the fabric cover of the heating pad with water. Do not soak the pad or allow water to enter the control unit or electrical connections.

  1. Lightly moisten the fabric cover with a spray bottle or a damp sponge. Do not immerse the pad in water.
  2. Plug the unit into an electrical outlet.
  3. Select your desired heat setting using the controller.
  4. Apply the pad to the desired area. The moist heat will provide deeper penetration.

Note: Always monitor the temperature and your skin's reaction to prevent burns. Do not use for more than 20-30 minutes at a time without consulting a healthcare professional.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Cleaning: Unplug the heating pad and allow it to cool completely. The fabric cover can be gently wiped with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or submerge the entire pad or control unit in water.
  • Drying: Ensure the heating pad is completely dry before storing or next use.
  • Storage: Store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the cord tightly around the controller, as this can damage the cord. Store loosely.
