2. Safety Information and Warnings

Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid inhalation. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wash hands immediately after use. FIRST AID: If symptoms occur, move to fresh air. If on skin, rinse cautiously with plenty of water. If on skin, wash with plenty of soap and water. 3. Setup and Preparation

1. Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate airflow to disperse vapors.
2. Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, or oil. For best results, lightly roughen smooth surfaces before application.
3. Temperature: Apply between 50°F (10°C) and 90°F (32°C).
4. Protection: Wear appropriate gloves and eye protection to avoid skin and eye contact.

4. Operating Instructions (Application)

1. Puncture Seal: Remove the cap and puncture the tube seal with the pointed end of the cap.
2. Application: Apply E6000 directly to each surface to be bonded.
3. Bonding: Allow 2 to 10 minutes for the adhesive to become tacky before joining surfaces. This allows for optimal bond strength.
4. Clamping: Clamp or hold items together until the adhesive begins to set.

5. Drying and Curing Time

• Initial Set: Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to dry.
• Full Cure: Maximum bond strength is achieved after 48 to 72 hours.
• Temperature Considerations: Cured adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40°F (-40°C) to 150°F (66°C).

6. Maintenance and Storage

• Cleaning: Clean uncured adhesive with acetone or citrus-based solvents. Cured adhesive may be removed by cutting or scraping.
• Storage: Keep the cap and tip clean and well-sealed to prevent drying. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

• Adhesive Dries in Tube: Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after each use. Clean any excess adhesive from the nozzle before recapping.
• Poor Adhesion: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and properly roughened if necessary. Verify application temperature is within recommended range.
• Slow Curing: Allow adequate time for drying and curing, especially in humid or cold conditions, which can extend cure times.
