Setup and Preparation

  1. Cleanse Feet: Ensure your feet are clean and dry. For optimal results, it is recommended to soak your feet in warm water for 20 minutes prior to application.
  2. Open Booties: Carefully remove the plastic booties from the foil packet. Cut along the indicated line at the top of each bootie.
  3. Insert Feet: Slip one foot into each plastic bootie.
  4. Secure Booties: Use the provided adhesive tape to secure the booties around your ankles, ensuring a snug fit. Wearing socks over the booties can help keep them in place and enhance contact with the skin.

Operating Instructions (Application)

  1. Treatment Duration: Leave the booties on your feet for 1 hour. During this time, you may relax or move around gently.
  2. Removal and Rinsing: After 1 hour, remove the plastic booties. Wash your feet gently with soap and cool to warm water to remove any remaining gel.

Post-Treatment Care and Expected Results

  • Peeling Process: Dead skin will begin peeling within 5-7 days after the treatment. The peeling process can last up to two weeks.
  • Do Not Force Peeling: Allow the dead skin to slough off naturally. Do not forcibly peel or pick at the skin, as this can cause irritation or damage.
  • Daily Soaking: Soaking your feet daily in warm water (e.g., during a shower or bath) can help accelerate the peeling process.
  • Moisturizing: While peeling, you may apply a small amount of moisturizer if desired. Some users find body oil helpful for moisturizing new skin.
  • Protect New Skin: After peeling, your feet will have a thinner layer of skin. Wear comfortable shoes that do not pinch or rub.
