Setup
- Clean Before First Use: Prior to initial use, clean all removable parts, including attachments, with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Placement: Place the foot spa on a flat, stable surface. Ensure it is near an electrical outlet and on a surface that can tolerate splashes, or place a towel underneath.
- Fill with Water: Fill the footbath with warm water. The foot spa is designed to maintain the temperature of the water you add, not to heat cold water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line indicated inside the unit.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
The Conair Waterfall Pedicure Foot Spa features easy-to-use toe-touch controls for a customized experience.
- Activate Functions: Use the toe-touch buttons located on the top of the unit to activate desired features.
- "LIGHT & HEAT & BUBBLES" Button: Press to turn on the blue LED lights and activate the bubble massage function. This button also engages the heat maintenance feature.
- "WATERFALL" Button: Press to activate the gentle waterfall feature, which pours water over the tops of your feet.
- "BUBBLES HI/LOW" Button: Press to adjust the intensity of the bubble massage between high and low settings.
- Position Feet: Place your feet comfortably into the foot spa. The integrated massaging foot rollers are positioned to soothe the soles of your feet.
- Enjoy Your Spa: Relax and enjoy the massaging bubbles, waterfall, and LED lights. You can use the included attachments as desired during your soak.
- Duration: For optimal results and safety, limit your foot spa session to 20-30 minutes.
- Turn Off: When finished, press the toe-touch buttons again to turn off all functions.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygienic use of your foot spa.
- After Each Use:
- Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
- Empty the water from the foot spa.
- Rinse the foot spa thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean the interior and all attachments with a mild soap and water solution.
- Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
- Storage: Store the foot spa in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not wrap the power cord around the unit, as this can damage the cord.
- Do Not Submerge: Never submerge the entire unit in water or any other liquid.
- Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals to clean the unit, as these may damage the surface.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Conair Waterfall Pedicure Foot Spa, refer to the following common solutions:
- Unit Does Not Turn On:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the outlet is receiving power by testing it with another appliance.
- Bubbles or Waterfall Not Working:
- Verify that the corresponding toe-touch button has been pressed.
- Ensure there is sufficient water in the foot spa, above the minimum fill line.
- Check for any obstructions in the water jets or waterfall spout.
- Water Not Staying Warm:
- This foot spa is designed to maintain the temperature of warm water, not to heat cold water. Always fill the unit with warm water (between 100°F and 118°F).
- The unit will help prevent the water from cooling rapidly but will not continuously heat it to a higher temperature.
- Unit is Loud:
- A slight humming sound is normal during operation due to the motor for bubbles and waterfall.
- Ensure the unit is on a flat, stable surface to minimize vibrations.
- Water Splashing Out:
- Do not overfill the foot spa beyond the maximum fill line.
- Ensure the unit is on a level surface.
- Consider reducing the bubble intensity if splashing is excessive.
