4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

7. Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grinder.

1. Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Empty Hopper: Remove any remaining whole beans from the hopper.
3. Remove Grounds Container: Detach the borosilicate glass grounds container and empty any residual coffee grounds. The glass container can be washed with warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly.
4. Clean Burrs: The conical burrs can be removed for thorough cleaning. Twist the upper burr counter-clockwise to unlock and lift it out. Use a brush (often included) to remove coffee particles from both burrs and the grinding chamber.
5. Wipe Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the motor base in water.
6. Reassemble: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling. Insert the upper burr, twisting clockwise to lock it into place.

8. Troubleshooting

• Grinder Not Starting: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the grounds container is correctly seated. Check if the power button is in the 'On' position.
• Inconsistent Grind: Clean the burrs thoroughly to remove any lodged coffee particles. Ensure the grind setting dial is properly aligned.
• Excessive Static: While the borosilicate glass container is designed to reduce static, some static may occur. Allow grounds to settle for a few moments before pouring, or gently tap the container.
• Beans Not Feeding: Ensure the bean hopper is not overfilled and that the beans are not stuck. Gently shake the grinder to dislodge any beans.
