Operating Instructions
1. Add Coffee Beans
- Remove the bean hopper lid.
- Pour the desired amount of whole coffee beans into the bean hopper. The hopper has a capacity of 7.75 oz.
- Replace the bean hopper lid securely.
2. Select Grind Setting
The grinder offers 12 adjustable grind settings, from fine to coarse, suitable for various brewing methods.

- Rotate the bean hopper to align the desired grind setting with the indicator.
- Fine: Ideal for Espresso machines.
- Medium: Suitable for drip coffee makers and pour-over methods.

3. Set Grinding Time
Use the preset timer dial to select the desired grinding duration (5 to 20 seconds). This feature helps grind the exact amount of coffee needed, reducing waste and keeping beans fresh.

4. Start Grinding
- Ensure the main On/Off switch (located on the side) is in the 'On' position.
- Press the quick grind button (located on the top panel) to start the grinding process. The grinder will operate for the duration set on the timer dial.
- To stop grinding manually before the timer finishes, press the quick grind button again or turn the main On/Off switch to 'Off'.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grinder.
Daily Cleaning:
- After each use, remove the grounds catcher and empty any remaining coffee grounds.
- Wipe the grounds catcher with a dry cloth to remove residual coffee dust. The borosilicate glass helps reduce static cling.
- Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water.
Deep Cleaning (Monthly or as needed):
- Unplug the grinder from the power outlet.
- Remove the bean hopper and the upper conical burr. Refer to the diagram below for burr removal.
- Use a brush (often included with the grinder) to clean any accumulated coffee grounds from the burrs and the grinding chamber.
