General Operation:

  1. Power On: Press the power button to turn on the device.
  2. Select Speed: Use the speed control buttons (HI/LO) to select between the two available speed levels (3,800 or 4,600 RPM). Start with the lower speed until you are comfortable.
  3. Select Rotation Direction: Use the direction button (forward/reverse) to change the rotation of the attachment. This allows for ergonomic use on both hands and feet.
  4. Perform Treatment: Gently guide the rotating attachment over the area to be treated. Apply light, even pressure. Do not press too hard.
  5. Monitor Progress: Regularly check the treated area to avoid over-filing or irritation.
  6. Power Off: Once finished, press the power button to turn off the device.
  7. Remove Attachment: Carefully remove the attachment by pulling it straight out.
