Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Kalorik Rotisserie, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; unit not powered on. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Press the ON/OFF button. |
| Food not cooking evenly. | Food item too large or improperly positioned; heating elements obstructed. | Ensure food is centered and does not touch heating elements. For very large items, consider rotating manually halfway through cooking. Ensure the unit is clean and heating elements are clear. |
| Excessive smoke during operation. | Food touching heating elements; excessive fat/marinade dripping; initial burn-off residue. | Ensure food is not touching elements. Trim excess fat. Use a dry rub instead of sticky marinades. If it's the first use, this is normal during burn-off. Ensure drip pan is clean. |
| Digital display not working. | Power issue; internal malfunction. | Check power connection. If problem persists, contact customer support. |
