Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the napkin dispenser from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Choose a stable, flat surface for the dispenser. Ensure it is easily accessible for users.
  3. Prepare Napkins: Obtain standard tall-fold napkins. These are typically folded in half lengthwise.
  4. Load Napkins: Gently pull up the top cover of the dispenser. Insert the stack of tall-fold napkins into the dispenser, ensuring they are aligned properly within the internal mechanism. The dispenser is designed to hold approximately 150-175 tall-fold napkins.
  5. Close Cover: Carefully lower the top cover back into place until it is securely seated.

Operating Instructions

  1. Dispensing Napkins: To retrieve a napkin, grasp the exposed edge of the top napkin and pull it upwards and outwards. The design allows for single napkin dispensing.
  2. Refilling: When the napkin supply is low, follow the 'Load Napkins' steps from the Setup section to refill the dispenser.

Maintenance

  1. Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
  2. Drying: Ensure the dispenser is thoroughly dried after cleaning to prevent water spots or corrosion.
  3. Inspection: Periodically check the dispenser for any loose parts or damage.

Troubleshooting

  • Napkins not dispensing smoothly:
    • Ensure you are using tall-fold napkins. Other napkin types may not fit or dispense correctly.
    • Check if the napkins are overloaded. Remove some napkins to reduce pressure.
    • Verify that the napkins are aligned straight within the dispenser.
  • Dispenser feels unstable:
    • Ensure the dispenser is placed on a flat, level surface.
    • Check the rubber feet on the bottom of the dispenser for wear or damage.
