Setup

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove the DVL-909 player and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that the following items are included:

2. Placement

Place the unit on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources, direct sunlight, or areas with high humidity or dust.

3. Connections

Connect the DVL-909 to your television and audio system using appropriate cables. The unit supports auxiliary connectivity for audio and video output.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Playback

The DVL-909 supports playback of DVD, Laserdisc (LD), and CD formats.

  1. Power On: Press the POWER button on the front panel or the remote control.
  2. Disc Loading: Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the disc tray. Place the disc (DVD, LD, or CD) onto the tray with the label side facing up. Press OPEN/CLOSE again to close the tray.
  3. Playback: The player will automatically detect the disc type and begin playback. If not, press the PLAY button.
  4. Stopping Playback: Press the STOP button to halt playback.
  5. Pausing Playback: Press the PAUSE button to temporarily stop playback. Press PLAY to resume.

2. Remote Control Functions

The included remote control provides full functionality for operating the DVL-909 from a distance. Ensure batteries are correctly inserted.

  • POWER: Turns the unit on or off.
  • OPEN/CLOSE: Opens and closes the disc tray.
