Setup and Assembly

  1. Before first use, wash all removable parts (food pusher, juicer cover, filter basket, juice collector, juice pitcher) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  2. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
  3. Position the juice collector onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly. The pulp spout should align with the pulp container.
  4. Insert the filter basket / blade assembly into the juice collector, pressing down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely seated.
  5. Place the juicer cover over the filter basket and juice collector, aligning the feeding tube with the opening.
  6. Lift the safety locking bar and secure it into the grooves on both sides of the juicer cover. The appliance will not operate unless the locking bar is correctly engaged.
  7. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout and the juice pitcher under the juice spout.
  8. Your juice extractor is now assembled and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal juicing results:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Most fruits and vegetables do not need to be peeled, but citrus fruits should be peeled. Remove large seeds (e.g., from peaches, plums, cherries) and hard pits. Cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube.
  2. Plug In: Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the safety locking bar is engaged. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
  3. Select Speed: The juicer features a 2-speed control switch.
    • Speed 1 (Low): Suitable for softer fruits and vegetables like berries, grapes, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
    • Speed 2 (High): Ideal for harder fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots, celery, and ginger.
Turn the control switch to the desired speed (1 or 2). The juicer will start operating.
  4. Feed Ingredients: Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feeding tube. Use the food pusher to gently guide the ingredients down. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push food into the feeding tube.
  5. Collect Juice: Fresh juice will flow into the juice pitcher, and pulp will collect in the pulp container.
  6. Finish Juicing: Once all ingredients are juiced, turn the control switch to the "0" (Off) position. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble: Unlock the safety locking bar and remove the juicer cover, filter basket, juice collector, food pusher, and pulp container.
  3. Rinse Immediately: Rinse all removable parts under running water immediately after use to prevent pulp and juice residue from drying and sticking.
  4. Wash Parts: Wash the removable parts in warm, soapy water. Use a brush (often included with juicers, or a small cleaning brush) to thoroughly clean the mesh of the filter basket. This is crucial for efficient juicing.
  5. Clean Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
  6. Dry and Store: Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling or storing. Store the juicer in a clean, dry place.
