Safety Information
Total usage of Soothies by Lansinoh Gel Pads (multiple pads) should not exceed three weeks. Preparation

Application
- Open the pack and carefully remove a gel pad from its reusable tray.
- Place the gel side of the Soothies pad directly over the nipple area to provide instant cooling relief.
- Ensure the breast area is clean before reapplication.
During Breastfeeding or Pumping
Remove the gel pads before breastfeeding or pumping. Reapply them to a clean breast area after feeding or pumping.
Reusability
Each pair of pads can be reused for up to 72 hours. After use, place the pads back onto their reusable storage trays to maintain hygiene and prolong their effectiveness.
