4.1. Vacuum Sealing Food:

1. Place the food item inside the vacuum bag, ensuring there is at least 5-7 cm of empty space between the food and the open end of the bag.
2. Lay the open end of the bag flat into the vacuum channel, ensuring it is smooth and free of wrinkles.
3. Close the lid firmly until it locks into place. The appliance will automatically begin the vacuuming process.
4. Once the air is removed and the desired vacuum level is reached, the appliance will automatically proceed to seal the bag.

1. Place the edge of the bag you wish to seal directly over the sealing strip, ensuring it is flat and smooth.

4. Open the lid and remove the sealed bag.
