Setup and Installation

1. Power Off: Ensure the power supply to the fixture is completely turned off at the circuit breaker before beginning installation.
2. Fixture Compatibility: Verify that your lighting fixture is designed for 150W metal halide lamps and has an appropriate ballast. The fixture must also be enclosed to protect the bulb.

• Re-ignition: If the bulb is turned off, it requires a cool-down period before it can be re-ignited. Attempting to re-ignite a hot bulb immediately may prevent it from striking or reduce its lifespan. Allow 5-15 minutes for the bulb to cool before attempting to turn it back on.

Maintenance
