1. Safety Information
Please read this manual thoroughly before operating your system. Keep this manual for future reference. Observe all warnings on the product and in the operating instructions.
- Power Source: Connect the unit only to an AC 100V, 50/60Hz power supply.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not block ventilation openings.
- Water and Moisture: Do not expose the unit to rain or moisture. Do not place objects filled with liquids on the unit.
- Heat: Keep the unit away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
- Servicing: Do not attempt to service this product yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
- Speaker Impedance: Ensure connected speakers have an impedance between 6 and 16 ohms.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all items listed below are included in your package:
- Subwoofer with built-in amplifier (HTX-11X main unit)
- Front Speakers (2 units)
- Remote Control
- Power Cord
- Speaker Cables (for front speakers)
- Optical Digital Cable
- Instruction Manual (this document)
3. Setup
3.1 Speaker Placement
Place the two front speakers to the left and right of your television, ensuring they are equidistant from your listening position. The subwoofer can be placed on the floor near the television or in a corner of the room for optimal bass response.
3.2 Connecting Speakers
Connect the front speakers to the main subwoofer unit using the provided speaker cables. Ensure correct polarity (+ to + and - to -) for each speaker.

The image above shows the rear panel of the HTX-11X. Locate the 'FRONT SPEAKERS' terminals. Connect the red wire from the right front speaker to the 'R +' terminal and the black wire to the 'R -' terminal. Similarly, connect the red wire from the left front speaker to the 'L +' terminal and the black wire to the 'L -' terminal.
3.3 Connecting Audio Sources
The HTX-11X offers multiple input options for connecting your audio devices:
- Optical Digital Input: Use an optical digital cable to connect your TV, Blu-ray player, or game console to one of the 'DIGITAL INPUT OPTICAL' ports (1, 2, or 3) on the rear panel. This provides high-quality digital audio.
- Analog Audio Input: Use RCA audio cables to connect devices with analog audio output (e.g., CD player, cassette deck) to the 'INPUT LINE 1' or 'LINE 2' ports. Match the red plug to the 'R' (right) jack and the white plug to the 'L' (left) jack.
3.4 Power Connection
After all audio and speaker connections are made, connect the power cord to the 'AC IN' terminal on the subwoofer's rear panel and then plug it into a wall outlet. The unit is designed for AC 100V, 50/60Hz.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Press the POWER button on the front panel or the remote control to turn the system on or off.
4.2 Input Selection
Press the INPUT SELECTOR button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle through the available audio inputs (Optical 1, Optical 2, Optical 3, Line 1, Line 2).
4.3 Volume Control
Use the VOLUME +/- buttons on the front panel or the remote control to adjust the overall system volume.
