  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
  4. The camera should be recognized as a removable storage device. You can then access the camera's internal memory to transfer photos to your computer. No additional software installation is typically required.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the camera, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For the LCD screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for electronics. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

5.2 Storage

When not in use for extended periods, store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the batteries to prevent leakage and potential damage to the camera.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Camera does not turn on: Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the right polarity. Replace with fresh AA Alkaline batteries if necessary.
  • Poor image quality: Ensure adequate lighting when taking photos. The camera has a 0.3 MP sensor, so image quality will be suitable for digital viewing but may not be high resolution for large prints.
  • Memory full: Transfer photos to a computer and delete them from the camera's internal memory to free up space. The camera has 64MB of memory, storing approximately 400 photos.
  • Battery drains quickly: Frequent use of the flash or continuous operation of games can consume battery power faster. Use high-quality alkaline batteries.
  • Camera freezes: Try turning the camera off and then on again. If it remains unresponsive, remove the batteries for a few seconds and then reinsert them.
