4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your BLUEROCK CG-30 machine:

1. Assemble the Track: Connect the two 6-foot track sections to achieve the desired cutting length. Ensure the track is straight, stable, and free from obstructions.
2. Position the Machine: Carefully place the motorized machine onto the assembled track. Ensure the wheels engage properly with the track rails.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Adjust Torch Height: Use the vertical adjustable knob on the torch holder to set the correct distance between the cutting tip and the workpiece.
2. Set Bevel Angle (if applicable): If beveling, adjust the 360-degree swiveling torch head to the desired angle. The scale on the torch head indicates the angle.
3. Open Gas Valves: Slowly open the gas cylinder valves, then adjust the pressure regulators to the recommended settings for your chosen gas and material thickness. Open the preheat oxygen and fuel gas valves on the torch head.

6. Select Direction: Use the directional switch (Forward, Neutral, Reverse) to select the cutting direction.
7. Initiate Cut: Once the preheat is sufficient, engage the machine's motor. As the machine moves, depress the cutting oxygen lever to initiate the cut. Maintain a steady cutting speed and observe the cut quality.
8. Complete Cut: Allow the machine to complete the cut. Once finished, release the cutting oxygen lever, close the torch valves, and then close the gas cylinder valves.
