3. Initial Setup and Preparation

Before first use, and after each use, thoroughly clean all parts of the food flask. For optimal temperature retention, pre-condition the flask:

• For Hot Contents: Fill the flask with hot tap water, attach the lid, and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Empty the water before filling with food.
• For Cold Contents: Fill the flask with cold tap water, attach the lid, and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Empty the water before filling with food.

4. Operating Instructions

To use your Thermos Food Flask:

1. Ensure the flask is clean and pre-conditioned as described in Section 3.
2. Fill the flask with your desired hot or cold food. Do not overfill; leave space for the lid.
3. Securely screw on the inner stopper, then the outer lid. Ensure a tight seal to prevent leaks and maintain temperature.
4. When ready to eat, unscrew the outer lid. This lid can be used as a serving bowl.
5. The integrated folding spoon can be unfolded and used for eating.

• Hand Wash Only: This product is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash all components with warm, soapy water.
• Do Not Microwave: The food flask is not microwaveable.

• Difficulty Opening/Closing Lid: Ensure no food particles are caught in the threads. If the lid is too tight, try running it under warm water to expand the metal slightly.
