3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation

3.2. SD/SDHC Memory Card Installation

  1. Open the memory card slot cover, usually located near the battery compartment.
  2. Insert an SD or SDHC memory card into the slot with the label facing the correct direction until it clicks into place.
  3. Close the memory card slot cover.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1. Power On/Off

Press the power button to turn the camera on or off. The lens will extend when powered on.

4.3. Taking Photos

  1. Select your desired shooting mode using the mode dial.
  2. Frame your shot using the 3.0-inch LCD screen.
  3. Press the shutter button halfway to achieve focus. The focus indicator will illuminate.
  4. Press the shutter button fully to capture the image.

4.4. Recording Videos

  1. Switch to video recording mode (if not already selected via the mode dial or dedicated video button).
  2. Press the video record button to start recording.
  3. Press the video record button again to stop recording.

4.5. Zoom Functionality
