Thank you for purchasing the BANDAI Ultraman Tiga Deluxe Spark Lens Transform Device Figurine. This device allows you to recreate the iconic transformation of Ultraman Tiga with light and sound effects. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and safety.

Battery Installation

The DX Spark Lens requires 4 AAA batteries (sold separately). Follow these steps for battery installation:

1. Locate the battery cover on the back of the Spark Lens.
2. Using a screwdriver, loosen the screw on the battery cover.
3. Remove the battery cover.
4. Insert 4 new AAA batteries, ensuring the correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw securely.

Important: Battery replacement should always be performed by an adult.

Operating Instructions

Transformation Sequence

To activate the transformation sequence:

1. Locate the power switch (ON/OFF) on the device.
2. Slide the power switch to the ON (O) position.
3. Press the main button on the device.
4. The wings will open, the LED light will illuminate, and the transformation sound will play.

To close the wings, manually push them back into position from both sides.

Maintenance and Care

General Care

• This product contains precise electronic components. Do not drop, get wet, or disassemble the device.
• Avoid using or storing the product in areas with extremely high or low temperatures.
• For safety, do not use the toy if it is damaged or deformed.
• Do not place this product on resin figures or vinyl materials for extended periods, as color transfer may occur.
• Do not forcefully pull or bend movable parts or attachment points in unnatural directions.

Battery Precautions

Improper battery usage can lead to heat generation, rupture, or leakage. Please observe the following:

• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
• Always insert batteries with the correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity.
• Remove used batteries from the unit immediately.
• If the product will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
• Never short-circuit, recharge, disassemble, heat, or dispose of batteries in fire.
• If battery fluid gets into eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor. If it gets on skin or clothing, wash with water.

Troubleshooting

If the device does not function as expected, please check the following:

• No Power/No Sound/No Light:
  • Ensure the power switch is in the ON (O) position.
  • Check if the batteries are inserted correctly with the proper polarity.
  • Replace old or depleted batteries with new ones.
  • Ensure the battery cover is securely closed.
• Wings Not Opening/Closing Properly:
  • Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the wings from moving.
  • Do not force the wings; if they are stuck, gently check for any foreign objects.
