Setup

Setting the Time

1. Pull the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch case) out to position 2.
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to move the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
3. Once the time is set, push the crown back into position 1 (normal operating position).

Setting the Date

1. Pull the crown out to position 1 (first click).
2. Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this can damage the movement.
3. Once the date is set, push the crown back into position 0 (fully pushed in).

Operating the Chronograph

Your Fossil FS4250 watch is equipped with a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time.

1. Start: Press the top pusher (button A) to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
2. Stop: Press the top pusher (button A) again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
3. Reset: Press the bottom pusher (button B) to reset the chronograph hands to their zero positions. Ensure the chronograph is stopped before resetting.
