3.2 Rolling the Luggage

The 21-inch upright suitcase is equipped with inline skate wheels and corner protectors for smooth and quiet rolling. Tilt the suitcase slightly and pull it behind you using the retractable handle. Ensure the path is clear of obstructions for optimal maneuverability.

3.3 Expanding Capacity

  • Interior Organization: The fully lined interior of the upright suitcase includes tie-down straps to secure your belongings and a large interior meshed zipper pocket for smaller items.

  • Weight Distribution: For optimal stability, pack heavier items towards the bottom of the upright suitcase.

4. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your luggage set.

  • Cleaning Fabric: For general cleaning, wipe the polyester fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. For tougher stains, a soft brush can be used gently. Allow to air dry completely. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Wheel Care: Periodically check the inline skate wheels for debris such as hair or lint. Remove any obstructions to ensure smooth rolling. If wheels become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axle.
  • Zipper Maintenance: Keep zippers clean and free of debris. If a zipper becomes stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax to the teeth.
  • Handle System: Avoid forcing the retractable handle if it feels stuck. Keep the handle mechanism clean and free of dirt.

5. Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

  • Retractable Handle is Stuck: Ensure the release button is fully depressed. Check for any fabric or objects obstructing the handle mechanism. Gently wiggle the handle while pressing the button. Do not apply excessive force.
  • Wheels are Not Rolling Smoothly: Inspect the wheels for trapped debris (e.g., hair, string). Remove any obstructions. If the wheels are damaged, contact customer support.
  • Zipper is Difficult to Operate: Check if any fabric is caught in the zipper teeth. Gently pull the fabric away and try to operate the zipper. If the zipper is stiff, apply a small amount of lubricant as described in the Maintenance section.
  • Suitcase Tends to Tip Over: This can occur if heavier items are packed towards the top or front of the suitcase. Repack the suitcase, placing heavier items at the bottom and closer to the wheels for better stability.

If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please refer to the Support section for further assistance.
