Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean the accessories as described in the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section.
- Place the mixer unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Press the tilt-back head release button to lift the mixer head.
- Place the 4-quart rotating bowl onto the base, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Insert the desired attachments (beaters or dough hooks) into the openings on the underside of the mixer head. Push firmly until they click into place. Ensure both attachments are inserted correctly.
- Lower the mixer head until it locks into position.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The mixer is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Using as a Stand Mixer
- Ensure the mixer is properly set up with the bowl and desired attachments.
- Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-5). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- For an extra burst of power, press and hold the TURBO button while the mixer is operating. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- When mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob to the '0' (OFF) position.
- Unplug the mixer from the outlet.
- Press the tilt-back head release button to lift the mixer head.
- Press the accessory eject button to release the beaters or dough hooks.
Using as a Hand Mixer
The mixer unit can be detached from the stand for use as a hand mixer:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed control is set to '0'.
- Press the tilt-back head release button and lift the mixer head.
- Locate the release lever or button on the underside of the mixer head where it connects to the stand. Press or slide this mechanism to detach the mixer unit from the stand.
- You can now use the mixer unit as a portable hand mixer. Follow the same operating steps for speed control and turbo function.
- To reattach, align the mixer unit with the stand and push down firmly until it clicks securely into place.
Speed Control
- Speed 1-2: For slow stirring, combining dry ingredients, or folding.
- Speed 3: For mixing batters, gravies, and sauces.
- Speed 4-5: For beating eggs, whipping cream, or creaming butter and sugar.
- TURBO: Provides maximum power for tough mixing tasks. Only activate when the mixer is already running at a selected speed.

Daily Cleaning
