Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

Setup

  1. Place the grill base unit on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  2. Position the granite stone grill plate securely on top of the heating element.
  3. Insert the 8 individual raclette dishes into the slots beneath the grill plate.
  4. Connect the power cord to the grill unit, then plug it into a 120V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Preheating

Turn the adjustable thermostat knob to the desired temperature setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. Allow 10-15 minutes for the grill plate and raclette pans to reach optimal cooking temperature.

2. Grilling on the Granite Stone Plate

The natural granite stone provides even heat distribution. It is ideal for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables. For best results, lightly oil the granite surface before placing food. Ensure food items are cut to appropriate sizes for even cooking.

3. Using the Raclette Pans

The 8 individual non-stick raclette pans are perfect for melting cheese, cooking eggs, or warming small portions of food. Place desired ingredients into the pans and slide them under the heating element. Monitor closely to prevent overcooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
