Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using the hand mixer.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the mixer body, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.

- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended household use.
Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash the beaters thoroughly in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry. The mixer body can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Attaching the Beaters:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the electrical outlet.
- Insert the beaters one at a time into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Push and twist slightly until they click securely into place. The beaters are designed to fit only one way.

Operating Instructions
The Sunbeam Hand Mixer features 6 speed settings for versatile mixing tasks.
Using Your Hand Mixer:
- After attaching the beaters, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
- Place the ingredients to be mixed in a bowl.
- Lower the beaters into the mixture before turning the mixer on.
- Select the desired speed using the speed control switch located on the handle. Start with a low speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
- Move the mixer slowly through the mixture until desired consistency is achieved.
- Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control switch to the "OFF" position.
- Lift the beaters from the bowl.
- Unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet.
Speed Guide:

Care and Cleaning
Proper care and cleaning will ensure the longevity of your Sunbeam Hand Mixer.
- Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
- Press the beater eject button to release the beaters.
- Wash beaters in warm, soapy water or in the dishwasher. The beaters are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe the mixer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the mixer body in water or any other liquid.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.

Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your hand mixer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
