4. Setup

5.2 Grilling Food

  1. Once preheated, carefully place food directly onto the CERAN® cooking surface. For best results, lightly oil the food or the surface before placing.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Cool Down: Always ensure the grill is unplugged and completely cool before attempting any cleaning.
