Setup and Assembly
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
- Place the processing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the right side of the base. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place.
- Carefully place the desired blade (chopping or dough) or the disc stem with the slicing/shredding disc onto the center shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
- Place the cover onto the processing bowl, aligning the feed tube with the bowl handle. Turn the cover clockwise until the safety locking tabs engage and it locks into place. The appliance will not operate unless the bowl and cover are correctly locked.
- Insert the food pusher into the feed tube.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Ensure the food processor is properly assembled and locked.
- Add ingredients to the processing bowl or through the feed tube.
- Press the "ON" button for continuous operation or the "PULSE" button for short bursts of power.
- To stop continuous operation, press the "OFF" button.

Attach the reversible slicing/shredding disc. Place food items into the feed tube. Press "ON" and use the food pusher to guide ingredients through the disc. The disc offers one side for slicing and the other for shredding.
Dough Kneading
Use the dough blade for mixing and kneading dough. Add ingredients according to your recipe. Use the "ON" setting for continuous mixing until the dough forms a ball.
